Kirsty Page - Operations Director

Kirsty is Operations Director and the Nominated Individual at West Park Care Complex, where she oversees daily operations and ensures the organisation consistently delivers the highest standard of care. Her responsibilities include conducting regular audits, improving policies, and driving ongoing service development to maintain excellence throughout the organisation. Kirsty began her career in care at 17 and later achieved a BA (Hons) in Social Work, then qualifying as a Social Worker in 2010. She has extensive experience supporting adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, physical and cognitive impairments, mental health conditions, sensory needs, and complex health requirements. Before joining West Park Care Complex, Kirsty spent nine years in frontline social work and went on to become a Safeguarding Officer with North Yorkshire County Council. Her comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory standards ensures that services are delivered safely, ethically, and in line with best practice. Central to Kirsty’s leadership is a values-led approach grounded in dignity, choice, and empowerment. She is dedicated to nurturing a culture of kindness and professionalism, ensuring both clients and staff feel respected, supported, and valued.
