Gemma Hebron - Deputy Manager

Gemma joined West Park Care Complex in January 2020 and quickly established herself as a key member of the Care Expert team. Her commitment, strong work ethic, and growing expertise saw her progress to Care Supervisor, and in September 2025 she proudly stepped into the role of Deputy Manager. During her time with the organisation, Gemma has developed extensive experience supporting clients with complex care needs. She has built a thorough understanding of each individual’s requirements, enabling her to contribute meaningfully to personalised support plans and ensure continuity of high-quality care. In her role as Deputy Manager, she provides essential support to the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service, helping to maintain robust standards, smooth operations, and a responsive approach to client needs. Gemma is committed to ongoing professional development and holds a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care as well as a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Counselling. and is currently working towards her Level 5 qualification in Leadership in Adult Care, further strengthening her leadership skills and enhancing her contribution to the service.
