At West Park Care, our Complex Care service is designed for adults (18+) with long‑term, specialist support needs who wish to remain in the comfort of their own home. We believe in empowering each individual to live the life they want, with dignity, choice and expert care.

Your care may be nurse‑led and/or social‑work led, guided by a registered social worker and a nurse, depending on what you require.
