Jackie Whitfield - Registered Manager

As Registered Manager, Jackie oversees the day-to-day running of the service, leading both the office and care teams. A key member of West Park Care’s senior management team, Jackie is responsible for maintaining service compliance and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care. She plays a vital role in staff recruitment, induction, and ongoing training, and also manages medication processes, staffing levels, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Jackie’s career in health and social care began in the mid-1980s, giving her decades of practical experience supporting individuals with varied needs. Jackie holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, as well as teaching credentials, and has worked as a Health and Social Care trainer and as a Deputy Manager in a care home. Jackie is strongly dedicated to person-centred care, ensuring every client is treated with dignity, respect, and as an individual.
