She began her career in a London Hospice as a healthcare assistant, providing compassionate palliative support and offering empathetic care to patients and their families during some of their most challenging moments.\nDriven by a desire to make a wider impact, Isioma progressed academically, completing a BSc in Adult Nursing at the University of Leeds in 2020, followed by a Master\u2019s in Nursing. She further developed her clinical expertise within the intensive care unit at St James\u2019s Hospital in Leeds during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she cared for individuals with complex and acute needs in a highly demanding environment.\nSeeking to broaden her experience, Isioma later took on the role of Clinical Lead in a nursing home, gaining deeper insight into the social care sector and the nuances of delivering community-based support.
